How to Become a Member

All personal information is strictly for the use of the Co-operative in evaluating your request for membership and will be kept confidential.
Completion of this application places your name on the waiting list, but does not indicate when a unit will be available.
Applicants fill out an application form and then they meet with the Membership Committee who will decide if the applicant(s) are a good fit for the cooperative. The Membership Committee explains to the applicant the co-operative lifestyle of London Town Co-op as well as the rules and bylaws of our community.
Applicants understand that upon their interview date that income verification in a form suitable to the Co-operative for each member of the household who receives an income will be required.
The co-operative will also perform a credit check on the applicant(s).
Further, applicants understand that London Town Cooperative membership includes the responsibility to participate in the cooperative.
They understand that if accepted for membership and offered a unit, a one-time membership fee of $10(ten) per adult will be required along with a unit deposit, which will be returned if there are no damages to the unit.
